Case Studies
Clifford Thames – Online ERV scoring system. Based on the dataset from Clifford Thames, Colewood expeditiously put together an online tool that allowed the web viewing public to score their cars environmental impact and compare it against others. ASH – Multi User Content Management system for an academic resource of over 6000 pages and growing daily. System highlights include intelligent spidering, intelligent information duplication avoidance routines, document and link management to avoid ‘dead’ items, and automatic archiving. Heronsgate – Stock, Storage and Distribution. Handling £18M worth of delivery jobs per annum for clients such as JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and other leading financial sector institutions. Up Up & Away – Up Up & Online. A wholesaler-client system that allows the numerous clients of Up Up & Away (Europes leading party goods wholesaler) to white label the main Up Up & Away website as their own.
The main site, a bespoke e-Commerce offering created by Colewood carries an ever changing product line of between 8000 and 9000 products online at any one time, thus allowing the smaller retailers to have an excellent web presence for a fraction of the time, effort, and cost, usually required to run such a site. Feuerwehr Notruf – A bespoke system to allow FN to manage all of the jobs for their biggest client, pharmaceutical giant ICI. Essentially a system that allows ICI to log all reactive fire prevention related jobs with the FN helpdesk, the system then allocates all necessary resources for the particular job, creates the invoices necessary to sign the job off and allows FN debtor management and management reporting.
