No Smoking Day

It is No Smoking Day today. NSD have been clients of ours for getting on for 9 years. Each year we have done loads of work for them to support their campaign. This year they have focussed a lot more on getting through to Smokers themselves where previously they have supported the organisers who put on the dozens of NSD events that happen all over the country each NSD. The web is such a great communications tool - using it NSD have been able to approach on massive scale their key audience - smokers who want to quit. This year they have decided to put a zany take on the whole thing, even managing to get Dragons Den's Duncan Bannatyne to dress up as a woman and go on film doing it - an amazing feat, hopefully his drag act will help some kick the habit.
