- Allow different users within your organisation to see different versions of the CMS – for example a catalogue manager may not need to see financial reports. Again this is a bespoke solution that you will be able to define.
- Offline/Telephone Order Processing
- Process and pay for telephone, fax or local foot traffic orders very simply from within the CMS ensuring that the data reporting elements remain correct.
- Bespoke EPOS functionality or integration with existing EPOS solution
- If you have an EPOS system we can integrate with it. If you haven't got one yet, we can advise on third party providers or you can use ours.
- Post sale email management
- Our system automatically contacts your clients by email as per your schedule. For example 10 days following a sale we can invite the client to review what they bought and display 16 related items to those that were bought last. The 1 month later we can send them a list of refills for the products they bought last time, then 3 months later we can send them an email say that we miss them and providing them with a traceable, one time use voucher to get them back on the site. This scenario can change completely to meet your exact requirements.

ANALYTICS & REPORTS
We make extensive use of Google Analytics (in fact all of our PPC and SEO advisors are required to become accredited by Google as certified professionals in analytics and reporting) to gauge the success of your site and allow us to best advise you where to take the site next. This is carried out primarily by the marketing team. The development guys have added their input too however with some excellent in CMS reporting that gives you firstly a simple executive summary style window that shows all of the key metrics most of our clients are interested in, but also available with in the CMS are graphs showing how your multichannel sales break down, others to let you know important site stats. Because we have developed the system and control the data, we are able to report on just about anything that you need information about. This can be displayed on site or as exportable spreadsheets. We can even automate the generation of CSV files and send them automatically to your inbox according to a schedule you set!

SECURITY & ACCESSIBILITY
Security is a major concern of any online retailer. We are able to offer any level of security a client wishes to have, but generally speaking our clients fall into two main categories:
- 1. Smaller clients who are happy to pass the job of dealing with transactional security to our payment partners Secure Trading.
- 2. Larger companies that want to host the payment processing pages themselves. For these we offer top of the line security through our partners Rackspace (hosting environment) and Thawte (Secure Certification) to back their operations, offering total peace of mind.
Of course all back office workings are secured using HT Access to prevent any unauthorised access of your data of site workings.

CONTENT PAGES
Traditionally called static pages by us computer geeks, these are the pages like the contact us and the FAQs etc. We can give you an unlimited number of these pages which you can manage through a nice system we build into the CMS that lets you edit the pages in something not unlike Microsofts Word package. If you are brave or know your stuff with HTML, you can also edit it in HTML source view.

SEO & PPC INTEGRATION
Obviously being a full service agency our platform accurately handles the needs of our marketing guys so that they have the control
they need to make your site a success. In the first instance they have complete control (as do you) over the Meta Data for each page
and we can generate landing pages for particular search terms and we have even built a dynamic 301 page redirect management system
that allows us and you to redirect traffic from old defunct pages to their new shiny replacements – google love this, and so do
our clients as it means they don't have to pay inflated development costs to have an agency do it for them!
There is a lot to mention in this section as there is a lot we have done for the PPC/SEO guys to be able to do there jobs well and
you can find much more in the relevant sections of this site, but one thing worth mentioning is our automatically built A–Z
sitemap. It is both user and search engine friendly and has seen impressive results getting deep linked pages spidered and converting.

CHECKOUT & PAYMENT
As anyone who has spent time looking at an ecommerce goal funnel chart will tell you the checkout process is often where people drop out. To counter this we have carried out, and are still carrying out a lot of A/B testing on our brilliantly converting One Page Checkout (OPC). Our OPC keeps the user on one page all the way through the checkout process giving them less opportunity to leave the process before the end.
